This collection of ceramic pieces draws inspiration from the earth's layered history, reflecting the powerful forces that shape our planet. Each piece in the Strata series embodies the inherent human impulse to adapt and sculpt the environment, mirroring the ways in which we leave our mark on the landscape. 

A prevalent theme in this collection is the juxtaposition of the grandeur and timelessness of geological forms (caves, cliffs, etc.) with the utilitarian objects that define our daily lives, cups, bowls, and vases, objects that have served both ritual and domestic purposes across cultures and millennia. Despite the passage of thousands of years, our fundamental human experiences remain unchanged.
